Yes! All orders come with real-time tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

We cover lost/damaged packages! Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and proof of damage (photos), and we’ll resend or refund.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been processed yet! Contact us immediately at hello@velorapod.com with your order number and correct details. Once shipped, we can’t redirect packages.
Q: I entered the wrong item/quantity. Can I update my order?
We’ll try our best! Email us within 2 hour of ordering at hello@velorapod.com, and we’ll adjust it if processing hasn’t started.
