To qualify for a return:
The product must be in its original packaging and/or like-new condition.
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
All included components (e.g., accessories, patches) must be returned.
Please ensure the item is securely repackaged to prevent damage during transit and ensure a smooth refund process. Velora reserves the right to reject returns if products are received damaged or incomplete.

Our team will provide return instructions.
If you choose to return your product within the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
A standard return shipping fee of €12.90 EUR will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return postage. No additional restocking or admin fees will be charged, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10–14 business days and credited to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
Late Returns: Requests made after 30 days of delivery are not eligible.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and resolving any issues quickly and fairly. To that end, we kindly ask all customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without giving us a chance to assist you first is considered a breach of our terms of service.
We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and will provide full evidence (including delivery tracking, photos, and correspondence) to the payment processor.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action where applicable.
