Replacement Policy:
One-to-one replacement for defective items (up to three replacements within the warranty period).
Administrative fee: $30 USD per item for subsequent replacements.
Requirements for Replacement:
✅ Proof of purchase required.
✅ Defective product must be returned for verification before replacement.
✅ Original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) must be used for returns.
Shipping & Costs:
Return shipping costs are not covered.
Original shipping & duties are non-refundable.
Recommended: Use a tracked shipping service (lost parcels are not our responsibility).
